What is the cancellation and refund policy at Vox Cinemas?

To request a cancellation of your booking at Vox Cinemas, follow these steps:

• Log in to your account and  navigate to “Past Purchases”

• Now go to “Manage Booking” and select refund booking for the ticket you wish to cancel.

• The refund will reflect within 30 minutes.

Vox Cinemas does not issue cash refunds. Instead, the refunds are credited in the form of “VOX Credit” (1 VOX Credit = 1 AED). VOX Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue and can be used for online purchases of tickets and F&B via the VOX website or app.

Note: You can request a refund up to 30 minutes before the movie start time, for online purchases.

Refund will not be issued under certain circumstances:

• The movie will begin in less than 30 minutes.

• Tickets have already been collected/scanned.

• Tickets were purchased under a discounted bank/telco offer.

• Tickets include pre-ordered F&B via “Prepare Now” or QR activation.
