What is the shipping policy at CenterPoint?

• CentrePoint provides free delivery on a cart value of over AED 200. Incase your cart value is below AED 200, a shipping fee of AED 10 is applicable. 

• You can also avail cash on delivery with an additional charge of AED 10.

• Customers in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman can avail same-day delivery when they place their order before 12 PM.

BabyShop Products

Some Babyshop items are available for “express and scheduled delivery. Express delivery costs AED 100, and scheduled delivery is free on orders over AED 200.

What is the return policy?

CentrePoint has a 14-day return window. All items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging, invoice, tags, accessories, and (if applicable) warranty cards.

CentrePoint offers 3 return options:

Return to Store

• Once you opt for a return a return slip will be sent to your email address.

• Return the original time with invoice and tags, and submit it at any Centrepoint, Splash, Babyshop, SHOEMART or Lifestyle store.

• Refund will be processed in your payment method: for cash payments you get a cash refund, credit note or account credit; for card/PayPal payments you get a refund to the card/PayPal or a credit note.

Online Return

• Navigate to “Order History” in your account section and place a return request for the item you wish to return.

• The courier will pick up the package (this may take 3–5 business days).

After inspection, refund is credited to the card/PayPal/bank within 4–15 days; for cash orders, the refund goes to your account credit, or if the guest purchases, a return voucher.

Schedule a Pickup by Phone

• Call the CentrePoint customer-service number at 800-6927 and fill out a return slip, and request a pickup time and location.

• The courier will pick up the package.

• Receive an acknowledgement receipt.
